The reception announced two prices for a single and a double room. They promised that a place in a single room would be available in the evening and it would be possible to transfer, the prices were again the same. Already upon placement in the ward, the third employee again announced that the single room would be vacated soon, but would cost 150t more (which coincided with the price that was mentioned earlier). During the placement, they took payment only for the first day. In the evening, they were indeed transferred to another ward and the miracles began. 1) the child was lying with an escort and initially they said that both the child and the parent would be fed, but in the end they gave one portion for two, not critical since the child is small, but the first time when the staff cheated has already been recorded 2) on the third day, when they went to pay for the ward, it turned out that the ward was not 150t, but 350t more expensive per day. Before that, three different employees all called the same price, but when paying, it suddenly turned out that the ward was more expensive, and for some reason we had to ask the doctor about the cost, and not the administrators responsible for the design and placement 3 different employees from the administrative staff who told us the specific price at the time of registration were either purposefully deceived, or completely unaware and not qualified to do their job. In any case, I do not recommend trusting anything that is not said by medical staff, practice has shown that you cannot trust them 100%, the information they provide is not true. Sometimes the reception gives incorrect information. Queues for doctors are not organized, it's a mess. Nurses and receptionists (not all of them, of course) can, for a fee, drag you without waiting in line to any doctor and without waiting in line, for this special respect. They prescribe branded medicines, we must insist that they prescribe a more affordable analogue. In more detail, for information. If you call the reception and book a place for an appointment, for example, with a therapist, you really do (I experienced it myself), they answer that there is a LIVE QUEUE in our clinic, and you can not book a queue in advance, but in fact you come early and see that you still have a list of 5-6 people who, as it turns out, signed up yesterday. I am shocked by such unreliable information that I received on the phone (even the doctor on duty at our insurance company also received an answer when he booked a doctor's appointment for me), but that's not all, it will be even more interesting later. Well, of course, this did not make me happy, since I called in the evening but was refused due to the fact that they do not accept appointments, okay, I'm waiting further in line to see a therapist on a first-come, first-served basis, but suddenly several people (3-4) pass by without waiting in line for a consultation, I ask for a doctor.the sister who is attached to the therapist, why are they passing without waiting in line, she tells me that these people will leave quickly, they are just looking for a referral, I am shocked, I am waiting for what will happen next, after a certain time, those patients who are here for inpatient treatment pass without waiting in line, oh, it was already too much, the limit of my patience. After all, I also paid for the consultation, for the reception, why can't we make normal numbered tags and give them out in turn at the reception according to the time of the patient's arrival, because, as they said earlier, the live queue is in quotation marks. AN IMPORTANT POINT. After a while, my friend came up to me and told me how to get through without waiting in line, it turned out to be very simple, you approach the girls who are at the reception and carefully let them know that there will be a reward and ask to be accepted without waiting in line and that's it, you are dragged through as a VIP, without any queues, and to all the other doctors too. I've personally seen this for myself, even though it's a private clinic, but nepotism, dating, and money solve everything. Everyone wants to live well. You should immediately tell your doctor to write non-branded medicines, or their cheap and equally effective analog. To summarize: there is a lack of organization in queues, spontaneity, so to speak, both for connections and for remuneration. The clinic is not the cheapest, there was an unpleasant aftertaste due to the behind-the-scenes games of the med.the staff didn't really like that I was prescribed an EXPENSIVE BRANDED medicine, although there are many cheap and equally effective analogues.
