Заказывал банный чан. Сделали все быстро, качество замечательное. Зимой чан показал себя очень хорошо. Пользовались регулярно, вся семья довольна. Из дополнений брал лестницу на металлокаркасе и крышку. Залезать и вылезать из чана с такой лестницей не составляет труда (в эксплуатации была обычная, деревянная, с ней не так удобно). Ну а крышка ускоряет процесс нагревания В общем 5+
