The hotel is beyond praise: Everything is clean, high-quality linens, spacious new rooms, a kettle, a hairdryer, air conditioning, everything is provided for a great stay! The location couldn't be better! The first line, 5 minutes walk to the beach, from the hotel there is an exit to a beautiful park. The nearest thermal springs are a 10-minute walk away. And the breakfasts are such that it's more like lunch! Many thanks to Irina and Dmitry for the warm welcome, care, and comfort! They told me everything, prompted me, and advised me on the best excursions! I definitely recommend this hotel!!!

It's a wonderful place!There is a well-maintained, comfortable park next to the guest house.After the park is Lake Issyk-Kul.I really liked the location!The central street (Sovetskaya St.) can be reached on foot through the private sector in 20 minutes. Or call a Yandex taxi.There is also a bus station, hot springs, yacht club, horseback riding nearby.We had a rest with my daughter (8 years old), booked a suite on booking.We extended our stay in this place, because it was very cozy, and we also stayed in a family room.We thank Dmitry and Irina for their hospitality, attention, delicious, hearty breakfasts, communication, positivity and humor!We wish you prosperity and wonderful customers!!!We had a rest from May 14 to May 22, 2025.Vika and Vera😊
