The service is top-notch. The live sound is generally great, the guys are just great, very cool. The atmosphere is also good for events or just to sit and have a delicious meal. It's just that there's not enough dance floor for more people, but there's nothing to do, everyone is stretched out a little bit around the hall. That's only 2 points for hot, "breaded chicken fillet with orange juice" for mashed potatoes, firstly there was very, very little of it, probably two tablespoons, and secondly there was a lot of water in the mashed potatoes. It's clear that savings and all that. But 34 rubles for a hot dish is a bit much for that.

It's a beautiful place. We were a big company at a karaoke party. I really liked everything: the staff was very polite, all requests were fulfilled promptly and in the best possible way. I really liked the girl leading the karaoke, helped with the selection of songs and the performance itself. And I was pleasantly surprised by the disinfection of microphones after each company, which is very important.
There is also an opportunity to go out to the common room on the dance floor.
There are only wonderful impressions and the best memories left. It was not the first time we were there, and obviously not the last. Thanks!

On the downside: there is little space for dancing, everyone is pushing hard on the dance floor, because of this, the atmosphere is tense and you can't really dance. I would like to thank the administration for organizing our vacation. Our impressions were extremely positive. What I especially wanted to note:
1. Cozy atmosphere, beautiful renovation, really warm terrace.
2. Friendly staff. At the entrance, the administrator met with a smile, told everything, showed, bartenders, staff, even guards (they are more often businesslike with stone faces), all very friendly. Which causes pleasant feelings.
3. Our waitress was very courteous, attentive, we did not have to look for her in the hall or wait for half an hour, as happens in other establishments. She joked with us, but at the same time she did her job professionally.
4. The food and drinks were very tasty, thanks to the chefs. What can I say, the clean plates spoke for themselves))
5. The hookah was super. Very soft, not bitter. The hookah man is well done.

There is karaoke, and karaoke is good because you can sing as many songs as you want if you order something to drink or eat))
You don't have to pay for every song.

I also want to share the situation in the wardrobe, so to speak, to warn future guests of the establishment.
I hope the cloakroom attendant hasn't been working at this establishment for a long time.
After all, he has absolutely no respect for his clients, there is only arrogance.
I'm sharing the situation with outerwear.
When we came to the establishment and gave the jackets, my boyfriend was given a number, but I was not.
Despite the fact that I told the wardrobe employee that it was just the two of us and together, we put down two of our jackets at the same time. In the hope that my boyfriend will be given two numbers.
Then we were distracted by something and in complete calmness in the large flow of people after that, we did not pay attention to the fact that we were given only one number.
We went to rest.
When we were about to leave the establishment, we had some questions for the cloakroom staff.
I tried to explain to him that I hadn't lost the number, that I just hadn't been given it.
He kept asking for the number of the jacket, and I kept repeating that he didn't give me the number.
Without fully listening to me and looking for some other solutions to this problem, but only interrupting, he accused me of losing the number.
He said, "In order to pick up his jacket, you need to pay him 10 rubles personally."
After hearing this, I was shocked and furious.
In this situation, it was possible to find an alternative and simply warn that "yes, there was a jacket of such and such a color and I hung it on an empty room.
Ask: "is it yours?" and then just return it, as they would have done in another institution.
This was the first time this happened to me, we are all human beings and we all make mistakes and sometimes we are inattentive.
This is a human factor and it is always possible to understand and find a common language.
To save time, we paid the 10 rubles, but it was very suspicious how quickly he handed over my jacket after our payment.
And he found it quickly, because most likely the number from it was in his pocket. 👍
A polite and quite responsive young man, an administrator by position, only helped to sort out this situation)
Thanks to him, I give 5 stars.
He figured out the situation, checked how everything was on the cameras and returned our 10 rubles to us.
Thanks to people like him, the establishment is kept in order.
And the "man" who worked in the wardrobe, I hope that he was fired a long time ago, the boomerang will soon descend on him.

In particular, thanks to her, the evening turned out to be very pleasant. The only negative for me is the very loud music between the songs performed by the guests. We celebrated a New Year's Eve corporate party on 12/21/24 at the Zavod gastropub, the service was excellent, the waiters were polite, served everything on time, and responded quickly to all requests. The cuisine is simple but delicious. The program is not bad, I didn't really like the repertoire of the cover, but these are questions for the cover)) There were a lot of people on the dance floor at the beginning, there wasn't much room, but everyone found an option to dance. The place is very interesting. I was here with a big company, so I had my moments.
The setting is quite exquisite. The food and drinks are not bad, but I've tried better. There are their own signature dishes and drinks, I have not tried them, but I watched them being served to other tables - quite effectively. Still, if the establishment is a gastropub, then you can try a little more with food.
I try margarita cocktails in almost all establishments. Here he scored 7-8 out of 10.
It was possible to communicate with the company for up to 21 hours, then a lot of people began to appear and the music started playing louder. When the live music started, it was not possible to communicate at all. At the same time, the visitors who came for 2-4 people continued to communicate, but in our large company it was not possible. When the entire ground floor was occupied by visitors and the performance of the artists began, there was not enough space for dancing. I really missed it. But let me remind you that the institution does not position itself as a club or a banquet hall.
The performance started late and lasted from 22.15 to 24.00. The girl sang emotionally. There is no dispute about musical tastes, so I will not say anything about the repertoire.
There was also a hall on the top (a closed terrace), there was a hookah, but I won't say much about this hall - I was almost not there. A separate karaoke room.
The room is clean, the staff is attentive (sometimes even annoying in their care). After the live performance, a DJ worked, and the waiters danced on the bar and even poured free alcohol.
Bottom line: my top five is an institution like a gastropub for relaxing in pairs or fours (for food - by a stretch). If you need a social banquet or a good dance, then this is not exactly the place, although we rested, but...

Friends from Turkmenistan arrived and decided to show them a very cool place. There is always an atmosphere of fun and joy here.

First of all, I will say that the institution is in some way unique, it is difficult to find an analogue for it. And when planning a new event, only Zavod comes to mind. Spend the evening and dance, karaoke from 19:00 (this is important if you have to work tomorrow).
Live music every evening is a separate love.
The bar card is on the level.
In the kitchen, I would add grilled dishes (personal wish). Large sets for the company are mostly deep-fried.
