I paid extra for the luggage, and then it was taken as luggage, not in hand luggage. All this explanation of your employee, who incorrectly conveyed his thoughts, left an unpleasant aftertaste.

It looks comfy and well thought out. However, if you have connection flight, nothing and no one tells you you gotta go through immigration and back in to match proper boarding procedure, otherwise you simply miss the plane. Also the tickets are most likely non-refundable, so the risks are on you entirely.

New Airport look & feel is good. Toooo big than the earlier Airport, However service staff is Very Rude, they need to be taught some manners to behave with passengers. Then the main obstacle is the Airport management needs to be replaced immediately because they are managing the Airport worse than a railway platform. Flights gets delayed by hours, Gates keeps changing twice or thrice in a row. Overall flights get delayed by 3-4 hrs. All the fancy stuff on airport starts irritating when u see all ur plans collapse. Airport management is in Wrong Hands. C level guys needs to be replaced with New ones immediately to save the reputation of this marvellous airport. Hope that provides all the Pros & Cons about this new facility...
