In the morning I went to have breakfast with a friend. I was met by Valeria, the administrator. She was attentive, listened to all requests, offered those dishes that she liked in the end and completely satisfied all needs. She kindly provided water with lemon at my request, and was generally polite and attentive to us. The kitchen exceeded expectations, because it felt like it was just a bakery, but.. They can make delicious not only a bun, for which respect + work 24/7, this is the only place for Vitebsk, so keep it that way. Thank you very much, I will be happy to return when I am in Vitebsk next time.
P.S. I came another time, some time later, on my other visit to the city, there was another lady with glasses, I did not remember the name. She was not so friendly and in general, as if she did not like this job and the very essence of politeness was not familiar to her. In general, work with the rest of the staff regarding politeness and attentiveness to guests can be carried out, but at the discretion of the management. Have a nice day!)

On the night of 22/23/06. the story happened.
Having made an order for 2 croissants and lemonade, having paid for it in full, we received 1 dessert and a drink.
To the question "when will the second one be ready?", the cashier, using the "spare" or honestly forgetting (no one knows this), convinced that she had punched only what she had given out. Not having the desire and strength to swear at night, they just left.
Later, we checked the price list and made sure for ourselves that we still paid for 2 croissants and a drink.
It seems like a small thing, but I don't want to go back anymore....

The coffee is mediocre, there are no special drinks to replace coffee. The dying faces of the staff do not inspire confidence, as does the inability to solve a minimally unusual situation - empty eyes just stare at the guest.
So what's your thing? In a beautiful building from the outside? This is how you match, and do not cling to tinsel.

They came as a family, ordered French fries with sausages and a sweet drink for the child, meatballs for my husband, and I took pistachio cheesecake and latte. They brought it quickly, waited for about 15 minutes. The sauce for the potatoes was spicy, they asked me to make it for the child without pepper. We did it quickly) The child liked it. The drink was sooo cold, the latte was sugar-free, the cheesecake was a little dry. I liked the rest.
There is casual music in the cafe. The tables are very close. There is one clothes rack for three tables - if you are the last to arrive, then you are unlikely to have enough space to hang clothes (in winter). It's warm in the cafe itself. The chairs are comfortable, the tables are small.
With more, I liked it. I advise you to visit this institution at least once.

We had breakfast with a friend, friendly staff, cozy atmosphere in the cafe.
Interesting drawings of cinnamon on coffee.
We took pancakes with ham and an omelet with mushrooms, everything was delicious and fast.
I liked that they have a choice of coffee up to 12, free for breakfast.

Round-the-clock and this is a big plus.
A small minus is that the tables are very close.
Previously, there was a bonus program of 5 or 6 coffee as a gift, now they don't seem to give cards.

The most negative, aggressive, it was very unpleasant to stand and place an order. Not only that, when we entered the institution, he was making out with a girl (of course I understand everything, and I want this, but not at work) and mannerly getting up and rolling his eyes because the guests came - well, at least not in front of them)))) Working night shifts is not the most pleasant, that's clear, but the attitude towards customers should be at the proper level. It feels like they're over a week old. There are fewer questions about the pie, it is a little fresher. And one more thing, please get normal takeaway pockets for your clinkers and employees. The poor girl spent several minutes trying to put two large boxes of food in a small bag.
