Review of the Zebra print shop (Spectrum Shopping Center, Stroiteley Ave.) On May 31, 2025, I applied to the Zebra printing salon to print a document in PDF format. However, the result was unsatisfactory: the margins and borders on the printed sheet were significantly larger than in the original electronic document. The salon employee was not only unable to fix this problem, but also did not show any initiative in finding a solution. Instead, they told me: "I do not know how to do this," after which they offered to tell me how to set up the printing correctly. When I explained that I did not have such knowledge, the employee simply refused to fulfill the order, saying: "Then I won't print it." It seems that the salon staff does not check the print settings and layout compliance, but only thoughtlessly presses the "Print" button. If employees don't know how to adjust basic parameters (such as margins and borders), then why do we need a specialist at all? Please pay attention to the low qualifications of your employees and the lack of quality control. I expect that in such situations, employees will either solve the problem or offer alternatives rather than shifting responsibility onto the client.

They came to print a report, test print, do it and see if everything was printing normally, in their opinion, the client should ask, although they should do it themselves and check if everything was printed correctly. When asked why the frame was printed with a large indentation, I was told that the printer adjusts the borders itself, but they didn't teach me how to adjust these borders to print properly, did they? It seems that they only know how to press the print button and give out what they got. I don't recommend it, you'll be wasting your money.

I am very disappointed to visit this print shop. The staff is absolutely not friendly, the customer orientation is at zero — it seems that the employees do not want to work at all. When printing, they don't even bother checking with the source code — apparently, their task is just to press the button and get the money. When the girl asked about the discount for students (which is officially provided!), they only grinned in response, as if they had been asked something strange. Conclusion: boorish staff, no quality control and a complete lack of desire to serve customers. I won't come here anymore and I won't advise anyone.
