On September 24, after 20.00, the driver dials, says in 5 minutes I will get out (there was no "advance" in sight). Since the phone was brought in the dark, it was not possible to inspect it on the street, and the courier stood on a truck in the yard cluttering up the passage, somehow I did not want to delay it all. I pay off the driver and return home. I turn on the phone, and there are broken pixels on the screen. At about 20.30 I dial the store, but no one picked up the phone, although the working time is until 21.00. The next day I dial into the store, they give me the number of the service center and say that you can dial only after noon. In the afternoon, I dial the service center, they asked me to send a photo of the warranty card and a photo of the defect. After that, they sent a message in Viber that this is not a warranty case, referring to the ISO 13406-2 standard (this standard was outdated and canceled back in 2018). After that, the service center said to contact the store for a refund. I dialed the consultant, he said that he would give the information to the management, they would call you back. They called back only almost 5 hours later. They said that this is an absolutely serviceable device, there can be no question of any exchange and return, and in general you opened the box as we will take it from you. In fact, there were two broken pixels and they are located next to each other. In all open sources that could be found, this is described as a factory defect and is subject to replacement of the device or screen. But the management of this online store considers this absolutely normal. It's a pity for the time and nerves spent, and I was left with a defective phone. I strongly recommend not to place orders in this online store. Spare your time and nerves!
