It's sooooo beautiful, the view is incredible, it so happened that we walked uphill as we shifted and repaired the road. After walking 2 km uphill, we appreciated all the hardships of people who at one time climbed there on foot.

The temple is under repair, but the place itself is wonderful. Beautiful view of the valley where Mtskheta is located with its cathedrals, on Jvari. Getting there now in October 23 is not very convenient, you can not get to the end by car, you will have to walk uphill for 30 minutes.

An incredible place, the view is one of the most stunning in Georgia. The monastery is 6th century old, very beautiful both inside and out. The road to the monastery is made of stone, it's shaking, but this one is definitely worth the trip.
