Very bad wi-fi!!! It's just a disaster. If you plan to work, you will have to frantically search for a cafe with a normal Internet connection. Breakfast is about nothing. No one is watching the Swedish line: it's dirty, coffee is constantly running out. I asked for an iron - they brought a broken one with a short cord that stained my clothes. There are no ironing boards, the bathrobe was brought only after the request, there was no room. There are no toothbrushes either. The rooms are good, everything is new, there are no questions. I lived in 3 different hotels in Tbilisi, this one is not adequate in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is good, but there are a lot of shoals of service that you will only find out by the fact.
