We came to this pharmacy with a child with a specific request for the child: "sunupret in the form of syrup," the specialist handed me a box with "drops" written on it, I said that this was not what I needed, the drops were not suitable for my child, he would not be able to take them, we needed syrup, for what the specialist began to convince me that it was the syrup, they just changed the shape on the package, I told him to refuse, well, he ran away very obsessively, that it was a sweet syrup that the child would easily take, in the end we took these drops, came home and, as I expected, there were bitter alcohol-based drops in the package which are very difficult to give to a child. The conclusion is that we will no longer go to this pharmacy if you know that you need to listen to yourself, and not to some "specialists" to whom the main thing is to sell.
