An excellent approach to visitors of a public institution! I arrived early and you can safely go inside, there is a waiting room! The parking lot is big! I would like to wish that the employees tried to put the cars away, because in the place where their cars stand all day, you could park several dozen times! But these are dreams that can be attributed to all institutions without exception, even private ones, even state ones!

I sat in line for 4 hours, after which they said that the reception was over, and I was a working citizen and I couldn't visit this organization every Tuesday. I have not been able to resolve the issue for several months. They are sent to the Committee of Architecture, and those in turn to the Committee of land Management. But they don't pick them up. There is a feedback form on the site, but even if you fill it out, you are given numbers, full names and positions. Then no one picks up on the specified numbers.
