A decent average five. The food is varied, the dishes are delicious and made from fresh products, good alcoholic cocktails. I liked pizza (delicious dough and a lot of toppings), especially with cheese; gozleme (the first hotel where there was no queue for them), other Turkish tortillas. The room is large, clean. The staff is polite and attentive. Animation is almost all day, animators are active, but not annoying. There is often live music in the evenings. I really liked the show from Colombia. The territory of the hotel is green, beautiful and well maintained. There are small pebbles on the beach, there is a pier, I swam only from it, without wearing aquashouses. The beach is also well-groomed (they said that every year the hotel staff sift the pebbles and leave only small ones). The disadvantages include paid Internet (very little is provided for free, once per vacation, and only near the reception - I didn't have enough, I bought more); on the beach, sunbeds should be occupied early in the morning, we went around 7.30, otherwise we won't get it. Almost all the tourists in the hotel are Russians, some older men got drunk "to the bone", could not speak or walk, the staff dragged them into the room on themselves.

I liked the hotel for its convenient location, a large beach with a convenient pier, a beautiful garden, which is tirelessly looked after, excellent food and animation, efficient waiters, attentive attitude at the reception.
Of the cons: perhaps at the end of the season, the staff responsible for the tableware ran out of strength - in the first two days they were terrified of greasy, unwashed plates, even leftovers came across in "clean" stacks. Until we went to the reception with the plates and complained. After that, the dishes became cleaner.
The second point is that everything is conveniently done in the room, the view from the window (to the sea) is beautiful...But! Our room is clearly tired: the doors creak, the bed creaks, the mattress is sagging. The rooms in the attic were unlucky with the smell - the heated roof smells like molten asphalt, you can't really sit on the balcony because of this, despite the gorgeous view.
Well, the cleaning. For three days they cleaned without complaints, even left tips in gratitude. But, apparently, another shift has come. We did not enter the room for a day, another, and on the third we decided to change the towels - we threw them on the floor, as recommended (we had not thrown them before), hung a sign on the door "please remove". And ... we return in the evening: the sign is turned over to "Do not disturb", towels are lying around.
I had to go to the reception again, they reacted quickly.
In general, I recommend the hotel if you tolerate such incidents.

The room is well cleaned, the territory is monitored. The beach is also fine, there is enough space for everyone, it is clean. Of course, you can find something to complain about in small things, but it's everywhere. The biggest drawback of the hotel is the lack of free Internet on site and in the rooms. And the paid one works only for one gadget, not for a number, and you will not be able to use it as a modem, you will pay for each one.

The animation is not the best, but also not the worst, they take you to discos, where they take great care of their vacationers so that they are not offended. They invite different groups to perform, and they arrange all sorts of performances and contests themselves. The beach is large, clean, Galician, special slippers are needed, there are a lot of sun loungers, there is a pier from which you can dive. The rooms are not cleaned very well, we came across a cleaner who changed towels and folded the bedspread, never washed the floor both in the room and in the bathroom, but at the same time she did not forget to take the dollar, and when they stopped leaving for such cleaning, she was generally offended and opened the door to the balcony in the heat and turned off the air conditioner, to complaints the administration did not react. Or maybe they just don't listen to them. In general, the staff there is touchy.

Even room cleaning works very well - really, you have to fend off the cleaner - she is directly trying to break into your room to clean it, only the "do not disturb" sign can save you from cleaning. The cleaning quality is average (almost good). Now about the disadvantages - this is the beach - people and sunbeds "like herrings in a barrel" and all these people run to 7-8 in the morning to "book" sunbeds with towels. And this is not the main problem of this beach. The problem is with the fish - I was on vacation in September 2024 - I was bitten by a fish 2 times on the first day. It hurts, but I didn't bite through the skin on my leg, and on the penultimate day, a fish bit me in a grated corn and tore off a piece of skin from it.

We had a family vacation from June 5, 2024 to 11. The hotel is spacious and always clean, they brought us from the airport at 11:00 in the morning, at 12 we were already checked into the room, everyone at the reception is friendly and speaks Russian! They cook delicious, in principle, there was always enough food, monotonously, almost the same dishes every day and the distribution area is small, the range of dishes is small, but you will not stay hungry. There is a coffee machine!!!For the first 3 days of rest, the hotel was not fully populated, so there were no queues for food, when we were having themed dinners, there was a queue and people increased significantly! That's why I like to relax at the beginning of the season or at the end! Delicious pastries, as well as desserts (even the child ate, although he does not have a sweet tooth). The hotel staff is all polite, everyone is doing their job well. The animation in the evenings was great, first the program for children, then for adults. The territory of the hotel is spacious, there is a place to walk or retire, there is a place for everyone. It is very green, there is also a children's room - where children are engaged and entertained, a playground! What is very important for parents is that they do not need to run anywhere to rock the child on the swing! There are 3 bars on the territory, BUT they pour cocktails and various drinks into 250ml cups, thereby having to walk more often and create a queue again!!! The beach is clean, there were always enough sunbeds, as well as the hotel has its own pier, where you can also sunbathe or dive, or just go down the stairs to the depth!!! Strangers are not allowed in there. The hotel has paid WI-Fi, of course there is a free limit, but it is very small. We were in the village of Chamyuva for the first time, I liked it very much!!! It's just a delight, the mountains are located nearby, you can feel the sea air, it's green. There is also a Migros chain store within walking distance and, accordingly, a market with everyone who needs it. The rest turned out to be great, no one and nothing overshadowed it. The territory of the hotel is small, but well maintained, lots of plants: beautiful! The hotel is very nice, we rested from May 11th to May 21st, 2024. The territory of the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, the staff works great. Everyone is very helpful and smiling. The beach is spacious, there were enough sun beds for everyone, the sea is clean as a tear, but it's better to go in special shoes or from the pier, from the stairs, immediately into the swim, you can dive from the pier. The garbage is all on the beach, and the trash bins are cleaned every 30-40 minutes. There is a great volleyball court, they played all the time (my husband was happy). The animators, also well done, entertained during the day and in the evening, both at sea and by the pool. When we were on vacation, Mother's Day was celebrated in Turkey on May 12, roses were given to every woman, and there was also youth day, there was fireworks at the hotel, and champagne flowed like a river. The food can't say that it's super, but it's decent, alcohol, beer and cocktails are good, not body stuff. In general, everything is fine, except for check-in, I will not paint, you will come to this hotel, you will find out for yourself why, and suddenly you will be different, and you will be lucky. I never go to the same hotel, but I would return to Zena.

I had a rest at the hotel in early August 2024. It is located in the village of Chemyuva next to the highest mountain of the Taurus range - Takhtaly (2,365 m above sea level). All conditions are created here for a good rest for both children and adults. That's why the hotel is always full. Whole families come here - children, their moms and dads, grandparents. There are both Economy and Premium rooms. The food is "All inclusive" and it simply will not leave you the opportunity to lose weight. Dishes are prepared from all types of meat, excluding pork. There are many different snacks, sweets, vegetables and fruits, various drinks, including "degrees" and beer. There are, of course, dishes of European cuisine and a diet menu. For dinner, many dishes of traditional Turkish cuisine are prepared in addition to what is there. And I recommend them to you!The chefs are simply masters of their craft! There are seven (!) bars on the beach, by the pools and other recreation areas where you can have a snack or drink between breakfast, lunch and dinner. Children will be pleased with the ice cream, which is distributed from 10.30 to 17 o'clock. Children's and adult animation works great. There is a children's club where you can leave the children for 2-3 hours. Every evening, a children's mini-disco takes place on the stage of the summer theater, local and visiting artists perform, adult dances in the disco club. For fans of active sports - beach volleyball, sports dancing, water aerobics, water polo, archery and air rifle... Animators always try to keep you occupied with something interesting. For a fee, you will be offered a whole package of excursions around Turkey. You can use the hammam and sauna for free. For a fee, they will do a wonderful body massage. The hotel has a well-maintained territory and a park. The staff is friendly, many people know Russian and English. You can only get to this hotel by early booking or in case of some kind of cancellation of the tour, which is extremely rare. Many people come back here time after time and it's worth it. It's a wonderful place. We were with children (2.5 / 3.5 years old). The staff is polite, they speak fluent Russian and English. The rooms are comfortable, everything is thought out, with a balcony, children's beds are put in advance without problems, linen and towels are changed every day (do not skimp on tips), the children really liked everything. The hotel is family-run, it will not be boring for a minute. The territory is large and sooo well maintained. Pools for all ages. Entertainment from morning to late at night for everyone. As I understand it, the 1st and 2nd floor (in our opinion, this is the 2nd and 3rd floor) are rooms with full-fledged balconies, and the 3rd floor (in our opinion, 4) is the economy room, it seems there is a balcony, but as if in the roof of the hotel. According to the diet without complaints, there is something to choose, there were both ordinary days and days of Turkish cuisine, once we got to the day when there were tuna dishes, there is something to choose to eat for both an adult and a child. Russian Russian is spoken by the hotel staff, everyone at the reception speaks Russian, in the restaurant and bars the guys understand Russian when you make an order. Among the entertainment there is volleyball, and exercise, and water polo, and aqua aerobics, and boccia, and belly dancing, and archery, and darts, and rifle shooting. There is a children's club from 10 to 17 with a break, every day they have some entertainment for children at 11 and 16, on Mondays they take them to the ranch to ride horses (for a fee), I really liked to decorate the drawing on the T-shirt with paints (for a fee), every day at 20:30 a mini disco for children, I would like to thank animator Fedan separately, it's just a perpetual motion machine, always cheerful, lively, groovy, kids are drawn to it. The rooms were cleaned without complaints, the floors were washed every day, towels were changed, hygiene products were replenished, water bottles were put on, we left a tip of $ 1 every day, but as I understood it, this does not affect. Before departure, it was possible to order lunch boxes with breakfast (we were picked up from the hotel at 2:40 in the morning). Also on the territory of the hotel from 11 to 12 and from 15 to 17 you can enjoy ice cream, very tasty, from 10:30 to 16 a beautiful woman prepares Turkish tortillas (gozleme). A very good hotel, I will recommend it to everyone, especially families with children!

As for cleaning, the cleaning was mediocre once, although they left money -no one even washed the bathroom mirror, but all the other days they cleaned perfectly and sometimes we didn't even leave a tip-we forgot
The rooms in general were tired, but it did not bother us, the mattresses on the beds are good, soft
The food is excellent, not a restaurant, but the food is delicious, we had enough choice, but on day 9 everything was already boring)

I really liked the hotel. A kind and sincere atmosphere. It smells clean and pleasant. There is everything you need for a family holiday.
Compact, but at the same time very well-groomed green area, lots of flowers and pleasant places to relax. Everything is at hand. There is a promenade near the hotel, including walking, as well as many shops.
High-quality and varied food.
The hotel is very decent. Price is quality. Prices for Turkey have soared even higher this year than before, the Xena Hotel offered an adequate price in June.
They took massage courses at the SPA. I want to thank Zakir's manager and massage therapists Serkan and Ruslan. Personally, Serkan gave me a massage, it's been six months, and I still remember him with a kind word. A very high-quality and productive massage.
A clean sandy and pebble beach with a pier, comfortable sun beds with soft mattresses with headrests.
I recommend the hotel. I prefer variety, but there is a desire to return to this hotel.

There is an ancient air conditioning system common to the entire hotel. It is impossible to achieve normal cooling in the rooms, since the temperature limits are set for the entire hotel. Because of this, the rooms are stuffy during the day.

There is a large selection of sweets, traditionally generous and sweet in Turkish. Of the fruits, only apples, pears, hard plums, watermelon. There are dead sunbeds on the beach and they are very dirty. It's just a terrible view. Fastidiously lies down on them. The pier is in a state of disrepair, in my opinion. The beach was apparently expanded and small rubble or something similar was brought in, in general, like cement dust everywhere.
Our room was decent and did not cause any questions. There are no slippers and bathrobes, they only brought them on strict demand. There is no iron in the room, in the hallway, or at the reception. Only give them things for ironing, 1 unit will be ironed from 2 to 4 €. Internet is paid $ 15 per week for one phone 🫨

In order not to sit in the hotel, we went to Phaselis ourselves by bus 8, entrance is 350 lira, only lira or cards are accepted, the last bus departs from there at 18-45.you can walk for free, but you need to know where and for a long time. We went on an excursion to the Goynyuk Canyon, I really liked it, especially the water part, it costs $ 25 plus $ 20 for the tour itself, ask what is included and what is not. We had a rest together at the Zena Hotel in August 2024
The hotel is pleasant, compact, as family-friendly as possible and there is a lot of entertainment for children, but the two of us were also super.
1. The beach
Its own pebble beach, sun beds, tables and umbrellas. The entrance to the water is comfortable, there is a pier from which you can jump. You will not sail far away - buoys, which are often followed by boats, banana rides, and so on
When the waves are closer to the shore, any small debris washes up, but if you sail away, the water is clean there.
2. Entertainment
There is a lot of entertainment every day: exercise, beach volleyball, water polo, aqua aerobics, pool games, darts, rifle and bow shooting, dancing, bocce. The children still have their own activities, there is a mini club, a playground, and a small pool with a couple of water slides.
In the evening, a children's disco and an evening performance: Either some activities from local animators, or invited artists. One evening there was a Madonna show - super fiery, I really liked it. Although in my opinion it was necessary to set a limit of 16+ :D
Sometimes there is live music in the evenings
There is a disco at night, but no one really goes there. They also arrange trips to Turkish nightclubs for free, but we did not use this service.
3. Food
Buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner. For dinner, they periodically arrange something themed, grill, sometimes Turkish coffee was prepared. Breakfast and lunch are often about the same.
The food is delicious and varied. Sometimes some of the dishes are too rich, and the table with pickles and marinades did not come to us at all, but in our opinion the variety is decent. We saw more, but the hotel was much larger there.
There is always water, different juices, dry white, pink, red wine from alcohol, draft beer and cocktails.
There are bars on the beach, in the lobby. On the beach every day there is a snack, desserts, tortillas and ice cream in the allotted time. Nobody stays hungry)
4. The room
We spent one night in a bungalow, then lived on the third floor with a view of the neighboring hotel and the mountains.
The bungalows are more spacious, but these are rooms under the pool (as minus 1 floor), humidity is felt. During the day, music from the pool beats, although in the evening and at lunchtime it is quiet.
The balconies on the third floor are closed (a wall instead of a fence). Every day until 11 p.m., music from a nearby hotel was very disturbing.
There is not much space, there are few shelves for storing clothes. And the refrigerator is so-so: a narrow, shallow leak. Everything else is fine, overall the room is comfortable and pleasant.
5. Maintenance
Everyone speaks Russian, there's no problem with that. Wi-Fi is paid, but it catches well, although sometimes it jumps. Catches even on the beach
Cents are not accepted here, only whole euros, dollars. Either lira and rubles
Cleaning every day, but not very meticulous. If you leave a tip, they will collect beauty on the bed

The only thing is that the food is not updated much, so we tried to come anyway to the beginning of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms, of course, are tired, cleaned very poorly in my opinion. But I don't attach much importance to this. The animation is good, animators go all day and invite you to events, children are also busy. A wonderful spa downstairs, the administrator Zakir is unobtrusive, polite, showed and told everything, took massage sessions, liked it. Definitely, I want to relax here again)

I read it before the trip, and even now I read reviews from "experienced" tourists who compare this five with Belek, or something else... And why? I am resting here right now, and since this is my first time at this hotel, I will write a "purchased" review.
The hotel is 3-storey, the rooms are renovated. Standard rooms are about 20 m2, laminate flooring, furniture.. And what about the furniture? Tourists spoil it themselves, you can't change it every time because of a stain... As it is, quite decent furniture.
They write "small hotel", come on. The territory is large, there are many bars and lounges on the territory. There are few toilets. Not at all on the beach. You need to walk 70 meters to the snack bar. There is a second shared toilet in the lobby, near the elevators and that's it.
Animation: charging, bocce, archery, air rifle, darts, volleyball on the beach (take sneakers especially for him if you play, because the playground is small pebbles, almost sand, but not sand. I do not recommend falling on your knees after the ball). In the evening, live music next to the snack bar, Wednesday-Saturday. The repertoire is standard, MOSTLY in Russian. For children, a mini disco in the evenings, followed by a show or other standard entertainment (for example, men against women, various tasks). There are no karaoke evenings, karaoke happens after the show in the amphitheater.
Attention, there is loud club music by the pool during the day! Although all the surrounding hotels have loud music.
Food. I'm not picky, and the menu doesn't change much, but! A very large selection of different dishes! Vegetables, meat, fish. There is boiled meat for diabetics. I don't eat sweets, but my wife said that the choice is not very good, but for me there is a whole rack there. I think there is a lot to choose from.
You can eat at the hotel from morning to evening in different locations. Ice cream is free from 11 to 12 and from 15 to 17, night soup!!
Fruits - watermelon, apples, plums, pears, peaches. Melon and bananas were 1 time in 4 pm.
Alcohol is standard for Turkey, plus cocktails ...
As always, there are a lot of shops nearby, Kemer is 15 minutes away by dolmush (minibus) 35 lira.
