Unfortunately, the worst experience in Georgia. We lived in Tbilisi for 1,5 yrs and never seen such a disrespectful service. When we tried to talk about the situation, the receptionist just laughed. Money waisted, no results.

Nana Teladze was at the doctor's cleaning (if the administrator told me the name correctly). Before that, I took both children here, and cleaning, including insurance, cost 20 GEL. Today she offered to add a deeper cleaning for me, which would not be covered by insurance, but she did not mention the price. At the reception, I found out that this procedure costs 120 GEL! Plus GEL 20 for the basic one (this is taking into account the insurance coverage, as well as 100). It was stated to me that I had not heard my complaints. This is ridiculous, considering that I previously did the same combined cleaning without insurance at all for the same 140 GEL. Besides, the procedure itself was very painful, this was the first time. Well, the icing on the cake - I was told that I still have 5 or 6 caries that need to be treated (at the same time, it was randomly indicated in the teeth) This is taking into account the fact that I have to install aligners in a week, I treated absolutely everything in another clinic without using insurance, and I just came here to do the cleaning - I decided to save money, and for nothing. My husband also went after me, and she started telling him that he had paradanthosis, although he had recently been to a paradanthologist, and they had not found any paradanthosis. This is not to mention that the doctor was half an hour late, and we were waiting for her. In short, a divorce for money and a completely incompetent doctor. I don't recommend it to anyone.
