Аналитика: в зале розницы, с вами всегда обсудят, что я хочу, какие критерии подбора товара, какие "боли" (хотелки), при этом без акцента выгоды для себя, предложат все варианты взаимодействия, обслуживания и сервиса. Доставка, заказ, все в сроки и вежливо. Приятно, и этом максимально удивляет иногда, то, что, иногда они что-то не обязаны делать, но гибкость принятия решения и желание пойти на встречу доминирует в их политике, даже(!) в ущерб их фин.выгоде!!! Пример: доставка за счет компании! Скидки иногда даже индивидуальный подход! Принятие товара на возврат, даже когда покупатель не прав, просто на основе взаимного уважения. Я сам столкнулся с этим. Выбор на сайте широк, дружелюбен максимально и понятен по наитию. Да, были потуги с гарантийным обслуживанием, но тут надо понять и осознать объективные причины, по этой связи занижать "звезды" не хочу, это будет не справедливо.

Еще много лет назад когда только появился Zeon, я сразу понял что это замечательная идея. Очень удобная работа с сайтом. Все очень быстро и интуитивно понятно. Скорость обработки заказов так же хороша. Возмодность доставки большой плюс. Время ожидания товаров так же весьма терпимое, есть когнечно товары которые быстро доставляются, а есть и такте что нужно и подождать. Ассартимент превосходный. Есть все что угодно. Цены, цены весьма демократичны в соотношении с другими схржими интернет магазинами. Персонал работает быстро слаженно и четко.

Из многих интернет магазинов, является самым цено доступным, цены в принципе на многие товары дешевле чем в других интернет магазинах. Что касается сервиса то все хорошо, да были инциденты заказывал товал он пришел, мне позвонили и сказали что пришло не совсем то. Извинились перезаказали и в след раз пришло то что нужно. Но это у меня был единичный случай из всех моих заказов. Из минусов для меня только одно, частенько очень большие очереди на оплату и получение товара. Или мне так просто попадается

Персонал высококвалифицированный, выбор товаров огромный, доставка далеко не самая быстрая, как правило 5 - 7 дней необходимо ждать. Товары разного качества, как и в любом другом интернет-магазине. Всегда есть скидки и акции, которыми привлекают новых покупателей. К сожалению практически всегда очереди при получении товара. Внутренний интерьер помещения никудышний.

Заказывал строительный фен. Ничего веселого, очередная банальная история с долгим ожиданием и поездкой только за этим заказом до цирка, просто чтобы на выдаче человек взял в руки фен, он дул в течении полусекунды, а потом дуть перестал навсегда. Человек сказал, что это брак, мне вернули деньги, все хорошо, но можно, пожалуйста, проверять вещи до привоза в пвз, а не мучить людей ожиданием и поездками до ваших офисов, просто чтобы мило поулыбаться и поехать домой ни с чем? Большое спасибо.

Отдавал ноутбук в ремонт сервисного центра магазина Zeon 26 апреля, до недавнего времени 2 месяца морочили голову, не могли сказать, что с ноутбуком, просто говорили, что в ожидании. Все это время не могли связаться с мастером, где этот мастер и почему его вечно нет на месте или почему нельзя оставить ему сообщение -неизвестно. Спустя 3 месяца мне всё-таки озвучили, что все еще нет запчастей и когда будет поставка неизвестно. Сказать это хотя бы 2 месяца назад они не могли. Отвратительный сервис и работники, которые отвечают на звонки, не могущие наладить контакт и рабочий процесс, просто тратящие время клиентов и трепящие нервы

Я не говорю про весь маркет, я про этот пункт выдачи. Формальное отношение к клиенту несколько шокировало. Ждал открытия 30 минут, зашёл в 9.55, интересовало наличие ssd. Если их нет, то и ждать не стОит.. 5 минут тоже время. Был дан ответ-" только после 10!" Клиенты такие же люди как и вы, идя в магазин вы сами становитесь клиентами.... В 10.02 диск купил у конкурентов. Сюда ходить желания больше нет.

#ПРОХОДИТЕ МИМО ЭТОГО МАГАЗИНА
Заказывал :процессор,ссд, кулер.
Вручили что-то невменяемое : процессор и ссд были просто примотаны скотчем к коробке кулера ,процессор обмотанный медицинской резинкой к пластиковой подножке- я не вкурсе как это правильно называется но и она была сломана .
На охлаждающей пластине башни кулера вмятина ! Не знаю как они доставляют что аж в коробке башня помялась ...
В работе не проверял ,но если что-то пойдет не так дополню отзыв !
Но однозначно процессор можно обернуть в пупырку и ПОЛОЖИТЬ В ПАКЕТ !
