A great place to smoke a hookah and admire the view of the Golden Horn. The food is quite simple, we ate pizza, it's average, but you don't have to go here to have a delicious meal. Excellent modern hookahs (430-530 lira), there is a must-have!!! (530 lire). Beautiful view on the top floor, go up boldly, sit down at a table, if there is a table at the window, you will move. Hookah is highly recommended. There were a lot of locals, and even a bunch of cops were sitting at one table. One of the hookah men spoke good Russian. The service percentage is not included in the receipt. View 10/10, better than many viewing rooms. If you like hookah, then definitely welcome to visit.
