I went in with my daughter to have a snack. They chose it. The girl at the counter asked if we were taking takeaways or sitting at a table. I said right away that we would sit down with them. There was an advertisement on the table with a QR code that, when paying for the first time, they give 10% cashback, including kaspi. Oh, I think it's cool, a nice bonus (and this is the first time we've come in). The girl came over to pay, I point to the advertisement, she says, "No, it's on chocolife." I say, "It's strange, there's no mention of choco on the advertisement?" Then she says it works if we're sitting at their place, and she's already punched us a takeaway check. Although I initially said that we were sitting with them! I paid. And only when we left, I counted that they charged us more - they counted the service. Interestingly, it turns out - they issued a takeaway, then why did they charge for the service? And if they charged for the service, why not give them a cashback? Dear owners, pay attention to what your staff is doing! And don't mislead your customers. The atmosphere is pleasant, by the way. The food and drinks are delicious - I gave them 2 stars. But I won't come in here anymore, you've lost a client.
