About 30 years ago, I was in cities in the southeast, especially famous for their kebabs, and I ate at many places. Those flavors still have a place on my palate, and I haven't been able to reach those flavors in all but a few places so far. I had the chance to be in Zervan last week and the Adana kebab and meat varieties took me away from myself. I ate lahmacun over the weekend and started to question why I hadn't gone so far. Those who eat kebabs in Antep, Adana, Diyarbakir understand what I mean. Achieving these tastes can never be closer. Health to your hands
