An excellent mini-hotel for those who are tired of the crowds of tourists and want to sleep soundly at night without the noise of cars outside the window. Friendly staff, always ready to help (I constantly needed to print out documents, and the girls at the reception helped with this without unnecessary questions). The rooms are clean and spacious and well renovated. Very tasty breakfasts (not a buffet - you need to choose the dish yourself from the list). As a nice bonus, there is a spa and massage room on the 1st floor. With great pleasure, I took the program "Radiance of the skin", where I fell out of reality for an hour (Julia, Your magic hands are now forever in my heart!). Of the disadvantages, I can only write one thing: it is far from the sights of the city (and, in general, from the center), however, you can always order a taxi from the reception to any place in Uralsk.

This spa establishment and hotel with the interesting name ZEST opened in the city recently. We recently managed to visit it and get all the care treatments on a Saturday afternoon, when you can take your time and enjoy the atmosphere of comfort and care of this spa.
Its location is located in a quiet area of the city among the private sector and it is not difficult to find it. This is a large light-colored house at the beginning of the block.
At the entrance, you will be greeted by a seasonally decorated facade, in our case it was a Halloween theme with pumpkins, garlands of autumn leaves and warm blankets on rattan chairs.
The guests are greeted by a smiling receptionist and literally hand you over to the master, who will accompany you and take care of you all the time you stay there.
Inside the establishment there are two spa departments for three and four people, which have rooms for changing clothes and relaxing guests, a steam room, a hammam, a Finnish steam room, a shower and a bathroom. All this in soft and not bright lighting. The interior immediately disposes to throw off unnecessary clothes and immerse yourself in the steam of a hammam in order to relax tense muscles and evaporate unnecessary thoughts from consciousness.
There are several spa programs here and you can describe each one in detail for a long time, but it is better to accept and feel them yourself. A kaleidoscope of wet steam, salts and oils on your skin, combined with massage, shower and relaxation, will bring peace to the soul, and relaxation and relaxation to the body under not loud and meditative music.
After all the procedures and ablutions, guests are invited to the room for the final ceremony, where tea with sweets and fruits awaits you.
Separately, it should be noted the good hotel rooms in which guests can stay if they want to relax or come to the city on a visit.

I liked the hotel, the service is polite and sympathetic, the breakfasts are excellent, the spa is beyond praise. Clean and good bed linen. The area is quiet, the only complete lack of sound insulation between the rooms, but for such a fee it was not critical for me

I was on a business trip on February 25th. I really liked the hotel. Everything is new, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. A wonderful cafe downstairs, very tasty, especially liked the kuerdak. I even came to eat it on purpose the day after the eviction. It's a pity I couldn't visit the spa. Now for the next time. I recommend it!

Первый раз посещали Уральск. Перед заселением посмотрели не одну гостиницу. Выбирали по внешним признакам и соотношению цены. И не прогадали в своем выборе. Есть своя паковка, летняя веранда окруженная цветами, spa услуги, сауна, кедровая бочка и мини ресторан, прачечная.
Обслуживание очень понравилось, весь персонал добрый, отзывчивый и всегда дарит улыбку.
Прожили в гостинице 5 дней и успели посетить две программы в spa и несколько блюд в ресторане. Остались очень довольны)

Отель с претензией на 5 звезд, а по факту придорожная гостиница. Цена качеству не соответствует от слова совсем. Двухэтажный маленький домик. Вход в номер был прямо за стойкой ресепшена, причем это даже не стандарт, а сйют. Продавленный диван, скрипучая кровать, окно в забор. Поставила три балла, только за массаж, поскольку гостиница позиционирует себя как спа. Массаж приличный. Есть сауна. Завтрак по меню, причем можно выбрать из четырех вариантов завтрака. Все до крайности примитивные, не сложней яичницы. Зачем эти четыре варианта??? Правда, потом оказалась, что даже мой вариант «французского завтрака» невозможен, потому что нет БАГЕТА. Прийти на завтрак вы должны в точное время, иначе завтрака не будет. В общем, смешно и грустно.

Хороший отель. Видимо новый стоит в частном секторе но так как городок не большой все рядом если на машине. Карты мир не принимает. Юнионпей тоже не сработала. Пришлось искать наличку. Остальное всё хорошо. Про завтрак не скажу не брали. Интернет есть но слетает постоянно

We did not expect to see this in Uralsk, but just a wonderful hotel and spa) The administrators are smart! There was a confusion with the check-in (our room was occupied), we were immediately offered an alternative, and in addition they brought an apologetic compliment from the restaurant. It's very valuable, the staff is wonderful!
The hotel itself is sooo cozy, with an excellent terrace and cafe.
Everything is clean and with a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely 5 stars!

Чистая гостиница в безлюдной части города. Если нужно чисто и уютно, то пойдёт. Рядом нет ни ресторанов не кафе, ничего. Из странного: предлагают кофе 3 в одном, это единственный косяк гостиницы. Завтрак вкусный и объемный. Рекомендую.

Перед отелем лужа - Венеция отдыхает)! В целом внутри отель не плохой, но вот это их - "утюг платно" просто убивает. Также, отсутствует фурнитура для чистки обуви, нет шкафов в номере.
Отель далековат от центра.
