It's a good hotel, the staff is friendly, and they really try to make you feel comfortable.
The breakfasts are excellent, lots of fresh herbs in various forms, there are always biscuits, pastries, eggs, butter, honey, chocolate paste, nuts, salads, instant coffee, tea, milk, bottled water both hot and cold. In some cases, they try to save money with breakfast: meat is represented by sausages and two types of sausage or ham, drinks vaguely resemble juice. But you're unlikely to leave hungry.
You can estimate the location of the hotel by yourself on the map, the main thing is to keep in mind that it is noticeably lower in level compared to the tram stop and Sultanahmet Square. The place is quiet and yet close to the historical center of Istanbul.
The room is neat and clean, the interior uses paintings selected with good taste, but there are oddities to the layout. The closet was very far from the front door, and to get to the toilet, you had to go through the shower stall. The hotel has an elevator, but some rooms can only be accessed by stairs. The water pressure is good, the ceiling height is not underestimated, there is no noise from neighbors or from the street. Wi-fi is perfect in quality, everything flies and communication quality is stable.
As a result, I liked the hotel, it is definitely possible to note good breakfasts, good wi-fi, location in a quiet place and friendly staff. Otherwise, it's a fairly ordinary hotel, the price seemed a little overpriced.

We stayed at the hotel in early March 2025. The hotel staff is beyond praise. The hotel is within walking distance of all the historical sights of old Istanbul. There is a tram stop nearby. There are many shops and cafes around where you can have a snack. The hotel is located in a quiet location and only the morning prayer can wake you up at 6 a.m., but that didn't bother us. The room is small but clean and well renovated, cleaned every day. Shampoo, gel, water, tea, coffee, sugar were added every day. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, telephone, TV, refrigerator. The breakfast was hearty, we weren't hungry. The hotel is worth the money.
