An excellent hotel located almost in the city center. The staff is very friendly, there are breakfasts in the room rate, and in principle you can always go in for a meal for money! Within walking distance of shopping malls restaurants and the embankment on the Caspian Sea

Good location in the city - right in front of Mangistaumunaigaz and close to the embankment. There are good restaurants nearby: Barkhan and Pinta, supermarket and Alko. The glass walls are original, but there is one window in them, it opens, but it is not fixed - I had to farm it with an emphasis so that it would not close.
The bed has a thick mattress, but it is sagged in the center - you are lying in a hole. If you need to work at a computer, there are no outlets nearby. The table is conditional, and the chairs are too low. Although the furnishings and interior are original.
Breakfast is delicious, but it's always three dishes: porridge, omelette/scrambled eggs / eggs, pancakes/cheesecakes. And coffee! However, I liked the breakfasts. Breakfast was served at the nearby Barkhan restaurant.

I personally liked the hotel 👍 Wet cleaning, towel change every day. Inexpensive laundry service. The breakfasts are excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the sea and cafes and shops are also all nearby I recommend.

We lived in an economy room on the 4th floor. The room is small but comfortable. The hotel is very well located – close to shops, restaurants, cafes. To the embankment and the Rock trail – 10-15 minutes on foot. Great hotel.
Positive:
+ Very friendly and friendly staff.
+ Cleanliness in the hotel and in the room.
+ Comfortable bed and good blackout curtains.
+ The room has everything you need (slippers, shampoo, hair dryer, air conditioning).
+ Delicious breakfasts in the cafe on the ground floor (they are included in the room rate).
Minuses:
- The door to the shower did not close until the end, the shower holder was wobbling. I took off one star just for that.

I always stay here. Clean, cozy, polite staff. There are breakfasts, although in the old Dune there were 4 breakfasts to choose from. And in the new one there is only one(. And so, in general, I advise you.

Clear. The bed linen is nice and fresh. The pillows are comfortable.
As I understand it, there is no restaurant of my own, breakfast coupons are provided at the burger cafe in the same building, the entrance from the corridor to the elevator on the ground floor. The breakfasts are not bad, but I prefer a buffet.
The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented.
Cons of my stay:
There was a smell of sewage in the room due to the fact that the drain valve from the shower stall is not spilled, it is small there and if there are no guests for a long time it dries up. For this -1*.
A shelf for shampoo tubes, etc., is broken on the wall mount of the shower watering can. It has been broken for a long time. This is a flaw

Not a big hotel, there is an elevator. A big plus is that it is in the city center, everything is nearby, the sea, supermarkets, shops, restaurants. Smoking is only on the street, there is no balcony, there is a kettle in the room.The only thing I didn't like was breakfast, not a buffet.

In September 2022, they came to their hometown with Dad after a 30-year break. The staff treated us with great concern, helped us solve any issues - many thanks to everyone!
The hotel itself is cozy, clean, it is better to choose a room with a view of the sea and the square.
The hotel is located in the middle of the very first neighborhoods of the city, which we remembered and wanted to visit.
The breakfast is good (if you come early, there is more choice). There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
Also very close to one of the most popular attractions is the Rocky trail along the coast (recommended at the reception). Unfortunately, it was not possible to swim in the sea - the water was already cold.
We will definitely come back to you again!!!

A great, cozy hotel with the most friendly staff. The hotel is not luxury, but it is not economy either. I would give comfort class, but this is a real comfort class. The pearl of the hotel is of course the Barkhan cafe. The best cafe in the western district, I recommend branded bowls. Steaks are worthy of the best restaurants. 7 stars.

It was in July 2022. I liked everything. From the location (the sea is 5 minutes away!) before breakfast. The room is perfectly quiet, no noise bothered. View from the window of the alley leading to the sea. Excellent breakfasts in the adjacent Barkhan cafe with a cozy atmosphere, there was not even a thought of finding an alternative. Breakfast is on the menu, but it is prepared quickly. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is friendly and pleasant. The floors smell very nice, the room is clean, cleaning every day

It is better to take a room with a sea view, preferably the upper floors 4 or 5. The prices are delicious, the breakfasts are too. The rooms are very cramped. If it wasn't for the friendly tech.the staff would give 1-2 stars. The main disadvantage is the lack of a full breakfast buffet. Instead of breakfast, there is a food voucher at a cafe located in the same building. By the way, breakfast is here from 08:00, so obviously postpone things to a later time. You get enough sleep on the bed, that's a plus. Otherwise, I don't see any advantages. A weak, strained three.
