We went to have a snack in the Heat of Pizza today, everything seems to be fine, but the waitress offered a "cheese cap", we agreed, as a result, cheese pizza as usual, but + 305 rubles to the bill, despite the fact that the pizza itself costs 460 rubles. A very interesting situation, when asked why they did not warn about the cost of the so-called "cap" and this is also not indicated in the price list, the girl answered why we did not ask ourselves. In general, the impression of this institution has slightly deteriorated.

Disgusting. We came to try pizza. We made an order. They said 10-15 minutes. After us, customers still came and for some reason they got pizza faster than us. We sat for 35 minutes! I asked why this was happening, and they answered me. I quote: your pizza was taken to that table. That is, to other people. To put it mildly, I was surprised. They took the tea bill and left. If you don't want to feel like a subhuman, don't visit this place.

They don't say hello, they don't repeat the order, they don't serve pizza, and when you ask, they look at you like a fool and say that they eat pizza with their hands (maybe it will be important to someone). There used to be a good pizzeria, but now it's dirty (I'm talking about the summer playground), unkempt. There are problems with the service, the feeling that they just want to take off more money, they do not warn that the dishes are paid. Once I asked for water with pizza, ordinary, so it was included in the receipt! Pizza is not the best in the city, it is much tastier in pizzerias on cheryomushki, but at the same time it is the most expensive and small, not satisfying. The worst thing there is the drinks. They did not warn that the drinks cups are paid for 25 rubles. A milkshake is like water slightly diluted with milk, no foam, no ice cream, but the worst thing is that in such heat it was just warm!! I don't set foot in this place anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
