We had a family vacation in mid-September from the "Heat Travel" at Jim's hotel, Kobuleti. A wonderful hotel! It is very clean, cozy and beautiful. Convenient location, 7 minutes walk to the sea. For tourists with children, there is a cool playground in five minutes, everything is new and completely safe even for a three-year-old. Excellent service, special thanks to the managers Victor and Irina, the most responsive and positive, they settled immediately, any issues were resolved instantly. Excellent, varied and delicious buffet breakfasts. Thanks to the chefs, even the child was pleased, he adored porridge and dumplings. Well, we loved khinkali😂

But it was the guys from Zharatravel who made our vacation magical and unforgettable, without any problems.It turned out that we arrived in Batumi at 6 a.m. and I could not be accommodated in the agreed apartments before 12 p.m., there was nowhere to leave my things.. I want to share my impressions about a bus tour to Georgia with the Zharatrevel company. We left Minsk on 23.08. The buses are comfortable, the food on the way was very well organized, the transit hotel is excellent, the drivers are professionals, the guide Tatiana created a comfortable environment.

I was traveling with my child from heat travel for the first time and during the entire trip there and back, I never regretted my choice. Anna, who accompanied us, was very tactful, attentive and positive to everyone. Any question and request was solved by her without problems. Drivers are professionals in their field. On any stretch of the road, even the most difficult, the passengers felt calm and confident. The bus was comfortable and comfortable, with a TV and Bluetooth, which even children used, and there was enough Internet for everyone, although of course the place was not enough, but this is the only disadvantage of such a trip.
Two more words about the team. When we were returning home from Batumi, our departure was supposed to be at 19.00. But the bus was delayed, as they stood at the border for 13 hours. But despite such difficulties and fatigue, it took them about 40 minutes to rest a little and go on the way back with other passengers. But even this did not affect the quality and mood of this team in any way.

We went on vacation to Georgia by bus from the company Zhara Travel with accompanying Tatiana. I would like to tell you about the most beautiful road to Georgia and back. They put us in the penultimate places, the last 5 remained free, until they announced that they would be places for children to sleep, but alas, it wasn't like that, all the way there and back, our dear parents sent crowds of children back to "hang out" for days (there was no smell of sleep there, thus, in no way letting the penultimate places sleep or somehow relax), the accompanying Tatiana did not solve this situation in any way, but only scoffed at everyone that children were interfering with us, although they interfered with many and comments were received more than once about creating silence and stopping running around the bus. And in principle, the attitude was as dismissive as possible. It is very sad to see the lack of respect from the accompanying party, since we pay a lot of money, and as a result we became babysitters for the entire bus.
I would like the company to hear and take some measures, at least for subsequent flights, because the road is already difficult, and with such an attitude, it is simply impossible!!!!!!!!!

The bus is comfortable, the seats are comfortable, there is a phone charger, stops are provided every 3-4 hours. During the journey, you can see the beauty of the terrain, feel the power and height of the mountains, bubbling mountain rivers and waterfalls. The Georgian military road and the breathtaking serpentine are not terrible, because the drivers Alexander and Vladimir drive so gently and professionally that it remains only to admire nature. During the whole tour, Lyudmila, the accompanying person, guided, helped and organized our leisure time with the help of her small stories. I lived in Georgia for a long time, and when I wanted to go home to Minsk, I started asking TG channels for ways to get there. And the manager wrote to me that they have a transfer every week from Georgia. We had another suspended question "can we transfer the bike?" we were answered of course, which we were very happy about! We found this agency quickly, answered all my questions, and the next day we went to Minsk with them. The road was easy, the drivers drove the bus very carefully, there was no negative thought even. Many thanks to the drivers and Tatiana for the good emotions from such a long trip, I definitely recommend it, everything was fine.
And I will add that Tatiana constantly approached everyone, was in full view of everyone and at any moment she could come up, suggest something, bring water. Thank you 💛 I will definitely contact you again someday🔥
And by the way, the buses were very clean, there is an outlet with USB output, Wi-Fi is not working, but they gave us distribution all the way and the Internet was excellent!

Good afternoon! For anyone who does not want their vacation to be more likely to turn into a nightmare, I do not recommend using the services of the Zhara Travel company. Now I will tell you in detail why in the description.
The girl and I decided to take the Minsk-Batumi bus, we left Minsk on October 4, we were supposed to be in Batumi on October 7, but this was not destined to come true. To begin with, it was stuffy on the bus, the air conditioner was not turned on, although it would seem why in October, but still. The bus conductor was rude in communication, you can't get up and ask something while the bus is moving, and if you need to ask something, you have to yell at the whole bus. Bus stops are not as promised every three hours, but they may not stop for 5-6 hours, they did not stop at the request, so those who want to go to need will have to be creative.
As a result, all this led to a conflict with me, the driver and the conductor. They talked boorishly with threats of disembarkation from the bus. Then the most interesting thing: they dropped us off in the middle of the highway far from the city or any hotels, 1,450 kilometers from Minsk in the Rostov region, called the police. Both the driver and the conductor refused the request to take them to Batumi. The police did not see anything bad or criminal upon arrival, even they were more humane to us and took us to the nearest hotel, unlike the company's employees.
Leaving in a foreign country in the middle of the road far from home is the credo of this company, luring people with colorful photos and promises of comfort and safety of moving. Even the strangers we meet after them on the way are a thousand times more humane and sociable. This company did not even call once and did not ask what was the matter after this incident.
Keep in mind, dear readers, that in this company, if something is wrong, as they do not understand it, be ready to fly off the bus somewhere in the woods on the highway. The company did not return the money, even part of it, having found a thousand reasons to steal money for a service that they never fully provided.
And in conclusion: we were not taken back to Belarus, so we got back ourselves, which led to even more expenses on the road. No one returned the money for the return trip. They don't care about people, the Heat Travel company, as I understand it, the most important thing is profit, and if they are wrong, the Heat Travel company will find thousands of reasons that you are to blame. So, if you are not a fan of extreme adventures with discomfort, I do not recommend the company "Heat Travel". The managers of the company are as polite as the conductor, in quotes. It is better to choose a company that cares about its customers and guarantees them safety and comfort when traveling.

Unfortunately, the first experience of traveling by tourist bus was with "Zharatrevel".
26.07 – departure to Batumi, 08.08 – return to Minsk.
Firstly, I would like to draw attention to the manager Valeria, with whom, in fact, the acquaintance with this company began. 0% customer orientation; all information had to be extracted independently. All the questions were answered in the spirit of "well, I already told you" (although I don't know to whom or what she said there). And so it was throughout the trip. (Thanks for the fact that Julia appeared later, who tried to answer all questions immediately.)
Let's move on to the bus. The website states that the bus has air conditioning and WiFi. If the air conditioner really worked in places, then it was almost impossible to use the Internet even for basic messages to relatives.
Transfer to Batumi: we were accompanied by a wonderful guide Tatiana. It is immediately clear that the person is experienced. There was no need to pull anything out of it. She told us the plan for the day in advance, warned us about all the stops. There were no unpleasant surprises with her. I'll give Tatiana 11/10.
Transfer from Batumi: here everything is sad. Elena was already accompanying us. There were a lot of questions for her. It feels like a person has been working for the first day. She didn't know anything, she asked the drivers everything. "When will there be a stop for a hot lunch? — I don't know, I'm hungry too!
— When will there be a sanitary stop?
— I don't know, I also want to go to the toilet" situation sur, agree.
Two buses from Zharatrevel left at the same time. We were leaving Batumi, but we also made stops in Kobuleti and Tbilisi to pick up the rest of the passengers. Firstly, we made one additional stop simply because one passenger did not make it to the scheduled stop in Kobuleti. Okay, it's tolerable, we understand everything.
But it was "fun" with Tbilisi. In the chat, it was said that all passengers should arrive at the stop by 01:15. Which one girl just decided not to pay attention to. When asked why the bus had been standing there for half an hour, we were told that we were waiting for another girl, "who might not show up at all." As a result, we were able to leave about an hour later, when this girl still decided to please us with her presence, but she was (not) drunk a lot.
I understand that the company didn't want to lose money, but it was super disrespectful to other passengers. As it turned out later, the second bus, which was not waiting for anyone, managed to do everything on time and did not stand at the border more than necessary. (Yes, there were indeed problems at the border that day, and the company was not to blame in any way, but I'm talking about the problems that Elena (or the company) added to our entire bus.) We arrived at the transit hotel only at 4 a.m.
But we had good drivers, Dmitry and Sergey. Thanks to them!
In general, I give the trip 2/10 (only for Tatiana and the drivers). I will not use the services of this company anymore.

We went from Heat Travel to Georgia in July. Transfer Bobruisk - Ureki .
I was very upset by the landing from Bobruisk at the gas station (on the M5 Bypass road, outside the city)
But the biggest disappointment was the landing at 4.30 am in the Clear Forest (it is 16 km from Bobruisk).The city taxi refused to take us home. The place of disembarkation was reported on the bus, i.e. on the way.The issue had to be resolved on the spot . Contacting the attendant did not lead to anything.
Although the agreement says Bobruisk -Ureki.
Yasny les IS NOT BOBRUISK, AS WELL AS A GAS STATION IN THE SYCHKOVSKY VILLAGE COUNCIL (landing place 15km). The tour operator did not inform us that the bus does not stop in Bobruisk and boarding and disembarking will not even take place in the Bobruisk district.We contacted the tour company - they didn't give us a complaint book.

I went on vacation to Georgia (Batumi) in transit.
The road is very difficult, considering that we were traveling by the SIERRA bus - it was impossible, but we had to endure.
And how lucky will you be, what kind of contingent will be on the bus and in the transit hotel (where you will obviously not be alone).
On the way back (at the parking lot near the chachi tower in Batumi), 2 buses arrived (setra and yutong), at first they were supposed to get into yutong, but later they said that to setra. When I had already packed my things and sat down, they said that they had confused me and I had to sit in the yutong (an unpleasant moment).
I also did not like the transit hotel in Lenin's Farm, Vilena..
it's just a horror, the hotel is purely for truckers or uncles who have seen a lot in their lives, but not for children and families who just want to relax. And the price for this hotel is pretty decent, considering that you spend 6-8 hours there.
Even on the YUTONG bus it is very difficult to travel, it is suitable only for the patient..
I do not know how to organize a vacation, but I am sure that I will no longer take a bus for such a distance (especially with unpredictable transit hotels)
The toilet is shared, shower, sink too..

I took the last transfer to Kobuleti in 2024. Anna is a very good escort, maybe, as some expected, she does not always give information on the distance to a certain point, but this is not critical, we ourselves periodically ask for help, she does not refuse. I have never refused my requests to stop at the point, there was more than enough information on technical issues, in general, the transfer looked exactly as expected, so I will be glad if next year I will also go with you by transfer to Kobuleti/Batumi, there and back, for example.
