But then they immediately drop me an offer with bouquets. Like a fool, I agreed. And he asked me to drop a link to Viber and so on. I ordered a bouquet with delivery in the time period from 8-10. In the order, he indicated where to deliver, the recipient and the recipient's phone number.
On the day of delivery, after the specified time, I ask about the delivery. They tell me that they did not deliver it, because they did not get through to me. (Although yesterday, during the correspondence, I said by voice message that I was white.there is no connection). I reset the recipient's phone number again and the email that was sent to me says that the delivery address, recipient and recipient's phone number are indicated there. They answer that to me. This is a template. That is, I am filling out an application, and what is filled in there is me on the "drum". To this, the seller turns on the back and says that the flowers have just arrived and the courier has already taken them, because they did not want to carry flowers a week ago. Then the question is. Why did you need this swing if you didn't have fresh flowers? (They were on their way) Then why offer it.

I asked what she could offer me. The answer put me in a stupor: "I won't pick a bouquet for you, I had 20 deliveries today, take what's left." In the remainder there were ready-made bouquets of "economy" not the first freshness. I went to another store, where they collected a beautiful bouquet for me 5 minutes before closing. I don't recommend it. The seller is rude and not pleasant. BUT in fairness, I note that the choice was not bad, only the service disappointed. I'm not going to this store anymore!

Terribly disappointed in this store. No matter what difficult situation you find yourself in, I advise you to choose another flower shop. I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day by 20:00-22:00. The first time I called around seven, I was told that the bouquet would be around half past the 10th. At 10 it turns out that the order is being collected only right now and it will arrive within an hour. I understood that the employment on such a holiday was huge, so I sat and waited. Then they also called, because they barely found the right flowers, but at least that way I realized that they were doing the bouquet. An hour passes, then an hour and a half, and still there is no bouquet. As a result, a courier arrives at about 23:35. I am happy, I go to open it, and there is not the same bouquet at all, there are no coincidences at all and it is much worse than the chosen one. The courier calls someone, then asks if I'll take this one. Of course, I don't need one, I refuse, but I agree to get a call about this bouquet tomorrow. It's already 15:24, but no one has called, and it's not necessary anymore.
