Zhasybai sheltered us in difficult times, it was the only hotel with free rooms in the whole of Astana. Thank him for that. And thanks to the Kazakh guard, he told us a lot of interesting things then and gave us the opportunity to stay at this hotel

The only advantages are the availability of towels and toothbrushes. Everything else is a fat minus:there are no chairs or bedside tables in the room (there is nowhere to put small things even). There is not even a towel hook in the toilet, the hot water runs out in an hour. Dirty, dilapidated room, not a well-maintained hotel

For its price, the hotel is good, the food is good, but I do not advise, in winter it is cold in the rooms, especially in the extreme ones, the TVs work poorly, but in general there are more pluses than minuses
