I've been drowned 3 times in the last 2 years. All communications have already been replaced - The facade has already collapsed and requires restoration (the house was commissioned in 2014) - Very questionable earthquake resistance, if it is more than 7 points, the house is likely to collapse because it is located next to the fault and a trapdoor is built. - Yards are filled with cars - The elevators are slow and not properly serviced - They are constantly being deceived, we have to deal with communal services - The high price tag for apartments considering all that I have described above Decide for yourself. I would not recommend renting here, much less buying an apartment here.
