A favorite place of the city, trains come and go, they will serve you quickly, efficiently, give you advice, a luggage room and a toilet, there is a 24-hour cafeteria on the second floor, there is a "cowboy bar" - aka a railway restaurant. Everything is examined by cameras and the local police always politely and without unnecessary rudeness solves the problems that have arisen. The Lenin monument and the park with a parking lot among the trees create a unique atmosphere.🙂😁👹

I use the services of our railway very often. I love my train station. Cute, clean, the coffee machine is a huge plus. I drive early in the morning and a cup of fresh coffee is always available. The employees are very responsive to solving any issues, polite girls. Thank you very much. You make the early morning more pleasant with your smiles and desire to help.

The train station, which is most often crowded. Especially in the moments before the departure of suburban diesel trains. There are few seats, and the waiting room used to have a pharmacy, an exchange office, and a belsoyuz printing kiosk. Now there is none of this. In the paid toilet, payment is made only in cash, cards are not accepted. The buffet on the second floor has a very meager assortment and, as from the 90s, I would like to mention the buffet employee, a pleasant and polite woman.
The ticket offices are working normally, there are no large queues. There are machines for buying tickets to the suburbs by card or for cash.

A nice, beautiful, clean train station. Small. There is a toilet and an opportunity to have a snack. A small waiting room. The trains are clearly on schedule. It is located in the city center, near a large grocery store and a cafe.
There are also several public transport stops nearby, from which you can take a bus or minibus both around the city and to the neighboring city of Novopolotsk. It is more difficult to get there at night.

A good train station , I visit it very often , it is cozy and clean , good information about the arrival and departure of trains . Very, very polite staff will help with everything, I saw for myself how they helped all people to master terminals for buying tickets, a wonderful luggage storage and, most importantly, cheap, honestly, I have not seen such meager prices. On the second floor there is a good cafe with normal adequate prices. Personally, I definitely can't say anything bad about the railway station in Polotsk.

Firstly, a wonderful city, beautiful and well-maintained right from the train station - I recommend you to visit.
Secondly, I waited for 2 hours at the guy's station, it's quite cozy, there is a buffet and waiting places on the second floor. From below there is a coffee machine and everything that is supposed to be at the station (a suitcase was left in the storage room for a day, everything is fine).

There are enough benches. But inside, on the ground floor, there are clearly not enough seats. And it is not always convenient to go up to the second floor with things for 20-30 minutes.
