It is a very beautiful building. Magnificent views (some photos below). The residents of this house keep it completely clean! Pearl was recognized then and now as one of the most complex and amazing buildings in the USSR. It combines the influence of the USSR on Uzbekistan, but also demonstrates important features of our people! You can find out more information about the project and the idea on the ground floor of the house. Entrance is paid (50 thousand soums). 4 stars, because entry to the stunning roof is not possible without prior arrangement with another person in advance. This upset me on my last visit.

The only house in Uzbekistan built in a single copy with a swimming pool on the roof. The entrance of the 1st floor looks like a prison. What Elon Musk did not think of was built by Soviet builders. Stunning view of the whole city. The roof is built in the interior of the Uzbek national teahouse. 10 likes and I'll take a review of the Nest-one roof 🫡

Now it is no longer there, but they also continue to call this house "Pearl". The house itself was built very interestingly, with many innovations at that time. There should be a round backlight at the top, but it has not been turned on for a long time...Generally a beautiful house.

Действительно нестандартное здание для Ташкента! Дом будто разделен на квартала или улицы внутри себя. На этажах растут деревья. Впервые побывав внутри, осталось действительно много впечатлений. Узнал потом, что данный дом строил немецкий архитектор как тестовое, показательное строение, но планы в итоге изменились и копий или же подобных домов возведено в итоге не было. Один на весь Ташкент!

Очень красивая архитектура строения жилого комплекса, узнаваемая и незабываемая!!! Необычная и интересная планировка квартир и подъездов. Находится неподалеку от метро Космонавтов. Рядом замечательная прогулочная аллея и любимая Молочная кухня.
