I visited this place for the first time. I came to the laser. At the reception, no one explained where to go or what to do until she clarified it herself. There was an appointment at 11:00, no one paid attention to the fact that I came and waited, the specialists just chatted and laughed among themselves. Time passed, and I was finally accepted! The master didn't even ask if I had been on such a laser, she was just indignant that I had gone to the solarium a couple of days ago. I said that I knew that there might be pigmented spots, but she wanted to refuse because of this, I said that okay, maybe not, but she continued to do her job dissatisfactionedly! When we finished, I asked when to come, because before that I went to another laser, and they usually warn me in what time to come. And when we went to the reception to pay, she defiantly said that she could not accept me because of the sunburn, and that I would then lie in the burn! But at the same time, the man did the job! There was boorish communication throughout the reception, the first time I've encountered such a thing.
