ZHES 15.. this is something!!People are treated like idiots..They do what they want..The other day we were confronted with a fact..that the renovation of our entrance will begin on July 22!!!According to the rules, it is necessary to assemble the apartment owners ten days before the start of the repair and conclude a contract..to familiarize with the estimates..Nothing has been done!!!Further, when a meeting was held two months ago, we and several of our neighbors refused to repair them, for obvious reasons, as we saw the works of their activities for not normal, crazy money..We're not rich enough to just throw money away or stuff someone's pockets with it!!!As a result, we wrote an appeal to ZHES15 that we would make repairs on our floor with three apartments ourselves!!!Our appeal was with the boss for 2 hours, after which he called and said that the decision had been made and we were forbidden to make repairs ourselves (He probably is not familiar with the laws)..He began to deceive that everything was agreed with the senior at the entrance!!!We don't have a senior, we didn't choose him..They asked when we had a senior, and answered at the last meeting..We beat at the meeting and did not choose the elder!!!They asked if there was a protocol of the meeting with the signatures of the residents, when the senior was chosen ? He replied that there was no protocol!!!What is this supposed to mean then?We asked for a written, reasoned response to our appeal, we will naturally appeal it, since apparently the boss is not familiar with the law and will most likely give a negative answer (what can we expect from him if he told us that we are not the owners of the entrance!!!!!) Then the question is, if we are not the owners, why are we doing repairs at our own expense!!!!And to top it all off, my neighbors and I will contact the above organizations in order to stop this lawlessness!!
