Terrible service and ill-mannered staff. The performers are irresponsible, according to the papers, the heating on Titov, 12 was turned on on 09/22/2021, but in fact it is cold in the house on 09/24/2021 in the evening. They said that they did not get to the 5th floor, although pensioners who were at home all day live there. They cheat all the time!
