Dear employees of housing and communal services 17. Do you control yard lighting issues at all or not? For a month now, the lights have not been lit on Sviridova house 1 building 2 between the first and second entrances and on Sviridova house 1 the last entrance and no one cares. It is disappointing that the money for capital repairs is rented by each apartment on a monthly basis, but there is no reporting to residents regarding their rational use.
The roadway in the yard is in terrible condition, a sports ground, an area reserved for children's play, the first floors in all entrances (dirt from accumulated sewage, an unpleasant smell, a dirty elevator).Where and for what the funds accumulated for capital repairs are spent is not clear to anyone..
