Terrible job of Housing Department! They ignore all requests, even those that arrive at 115 and the status is "overdue"! The apartment is on the ground floor at Schmidt 48a, birds periodically enter the toilet from the roof of the mine (they have been taken out 4 times since May!!!). According to the housing department master, the wind is to blame!!!
The apartment is angular, damp and mold in the corner and on the wall. There was a commission consisting of 2 people!!! (masters of ZhEU 17 Ilona Vladimirovna and Alina Yurievna). During the examination, cracks in the putty layer were detected on the outer window slopes and recommended to be sealed. They also found that the dark coating from dampness and mold does not affect the operation of the building!!!! To my complaints about the dampness and wetness of the corner and the wall, Alina Yurievna was constantly rude and said: "Your wall is your problem."
An air conditioner is flowing from the sixth floor, dripping on the apartment window, wall, foundation, blind area. I applied to the housing Department - they ignore me again.
My mother, a pensioner, lives in the apartment.
The territory is also not cleaned, there is a mess under the windows! The door to the utility room is full of holes, which causes a damp wall in the kitchen!

Because of one inadequate person in the house (and there are such everywhere) all residents of the house suffer. No one is interested in the opinion of the majority. Children are in their way.... Whoever opens his mouth louder gets everything. It's an outrage.
