There was an emergency at night (the wiring started sparking), the electricity was turned off in the apartment and they called. At 2 a.m., an electrician was ordered for 11-12 days, we were told that they would arrive between 11-13 days, the electrician did not arrive, we called again, we were told that they would arrive during the day. No one arrived, a man (a plumber) called and said that the only electrician was released for the wedding and he would not be there until Monday, he said to call a private company, like it's cheaper. The fact that people can burn at home while they sleep is absolutely all the same to them. Disgusting work with emergency calls, I would write the same thing on the website, but unfortunately there are no complaints there.
