When the plumbers came to look for the first time, they said yes, a replacement is required. They offered their services (60p) and gave me a personal phone number, I agreed.I asked if they could install a heated towel rail tomorrow, they said yes, call. On the same day, a new towel rail was purchased and the next morning she called the plumber's personal number, who either did not answer the phone or dropped the call. I called 20 times. As a result, I spat and called the housing Department, they accepted the application. Promising to call back and tell me on which day, these "miracle" workers will visit me. After 3 days, of course, no one called. When I dialed the dispatcher in the housing department again, I was told that I needed to come to them and first pay for the work, the cost in the housing department was 73 rubles with kopecks and they would be able to come only after 3 days. But that's not all, the whole work took about 30-40 minutes in time.... I remind you that I had to wait 2 weeks.... 2 weeks, Carl... This is despite the fact that the towel rail was dripping all the time. After installation in the evening, I noticed that it was dripping on the mounting thread.... I called the housing Department again, when they would come, it is not known, the dispatcher said the application was accepted. I would like to wish that their health was helped by doctors as quickly as they do their job)
