Slavic cuisine restaurant - cheesecakes, pancakes, borscht, noodles (and 5 more soups), cutlets, mashed potatoes, salads, lemonades, beer, etc.
The menu is good enough, the prices are affordable, the portions are large (the weight is immediately indicated in the menu). We were served by a very good waiter, who also guided us by the time of cooking hot (not everywhere in Kazakhstan could tell us so right away)
Borscht (420 grams, about 2,100 tenge) and Caesar salad were served 5-7 minutes after the order, which I consider a big plus
After 5 days of tortillas and lagmans from borscht with black bread, my stomach was just delighted :)

They didn't serve at all. Although they said there are dumplings. Somehow the Asians looked at it from a high point of view
