It is impossible to get through. After the renovation in the basement, which lasted all summer last year, the house at Sovetskaya 57 was overrun by hordes of cockroaches. We haven't been able to get rid of them for a year, and the housing department still won't call the sanitation station. At night, cockroaches swarm on the porch and in the entrances, and even on the walls of the house from the entrances. No poisons work, there are too many of them. And there has been no major renovation of entrances and apartments since 1988. Why do we pay for the overhaul for so many years and where does our money go?

I had to deal with this organization. All issues have been resolved. Even if not on the same day, but they did not leave without attention, all the shortcomings were eliminated.
