Not far from the train station. There is a bus stop, shops, pharmacies nearby. Nice house design. Working elevators. It's warm in winter. Good water supply. Small cozy little families with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The entrances are in terrible condition, as are the elevators, and there are problems with the sewage system in the bathroom. The stained glass windows are cold, not from the windows, but from the walls around them. And these are problems in all KV. Plus parking

Ike's LCD, I like it. Clean , tidy, warm houses. Children's playground. Of the disadvantages, there are not enough parking spaces on the territory of the residential complex, recently the cladding of the house fell in one of the houses, but I hope the issue will be resolved in the summer. The house is gasified, the communal apartment is relatively small. Near the school, kindergarten, bus stops, there are green spaces around. In summer, there is a place to walk with a stroller.
