A relatively new house. Clean entrances, excellent elevators. Always hot water. I can't hear the neighbors, good sound insulation.

A good residential complex. The entrance is fenced on both sides with barriers, which is good for the safety of children. The houses are new. But the water pressure on the upper floors is weak.
