Super LCD. It is very warm in winter. The elevators work non-stop. The infrastructure is very developed. Convenient location, close to Shapagat, Alem, Asem markets, Mechta shopping center and Technodom business center, as well as schools, pharmacies, kindergartens, all in the immediate vicinity. There are warm apartments in the residential complex itself, shops, banks, offices, pharmacies, children on the ground floor.garden and beauty salons. In general, everything is fine, except for the scary, shabby entrances.

I lived in this house for 1 month and realized that if you don't speak Kazakh, then you have nothing to do there. The contingent of people there can be described as: kango socks and pink slippers, shorts and a jacket for plowing in winter. The apartments, in particular mine, were warm and reliable.
