The house is not new, BUT!!! It's massive and powerful! The visual appearance of the fortress, there are 2 shops on the territory, kindergartens, etc. There are 2 parks nearby, one of which is simply amazing!!!

This is where I lived. A convenient and beautiful location in the very center of Astana near the Presidential Park. There is also a beautiful illuminated park with alleys and a fountain nearby. Unfortunately, there were problems with parking and underground utilities in the house - the water was leaking.
