The management company is DISGUSTING!!! It's a shame!!!
I don't recommend anyone to live here!!!!
1. In the summer, an alarm went off very often day and night for no reason, and the representatives of the Criminal Code did not even bother to explain if something had happened and when they could return to the apartment! 2. Several days a week there are mountains of garbage that I can't take out properly! And it all stinks naturally! 3. Snow is poorly cleaned!! It has been snowing for the last 3 days, we waited all 3 days and started cleaning only today! Accordingly, it is impossible to ventilate the noise ALL DAY LONG due to the fact that even the courtyard is polluted!! 4. The elevator is paid for 5. Periodically, it stinks very much for several days in a row. Very, very much!
6. Well, as for the building itself, there is no sound insulation, the neighbors can be heard perfectly.

The appearance is very beautiful, especially the view from the main street, the elevator seemed slow, poor noise insulation, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about, the house has ventilation openings, in the apartment that I was on the 13th floor, the hood is sealed with a bag and the package is inflated with duct tape towards the apartment, works like a tributary, although it should not be so. The front windows are blowing, although a large number of radiators compensate for the living situation, I would not want to live there.

Notaries, shops, cafes, restaurants, PSC, lawyers, kindergartens, schools and so on.
The yard is closed from cars. It feels like you're in the Moscow area on Krasnaya Presnya.

Windows on the road are terrible, it is not possible to sleep, cars drive endlessly, motorcycles, honking endlessly. The audibility is good when the apartment is pouring water nearby, as if water is pouring next to you, the vacuum cleaner is also audible. We rented an apartment to see the city, we came from another city, in general, I just got tired of not getting enough sleep.
