I live here. The apartments are spacious. High ceilings and large kitchens. The loggias are wide and spacious. The heating is excellent. But there are also negatives. Part of the resident contingent leaves much to be desired....they really like to litter in the entrances. Children smear the walls in the entrance and in the corridors. Very dirty, neglected entrances. Apparently, no repairs have been carried out since the day of construction. People do what they want. For example, some of the doors to the stairwell were generally locked with a key.
