The house is located in an area with good infrastructure, close to everything you need supermarkets, polyclinic, public transport stops, schools and kindergartens. The yard is equipped, there is lighting, video surveillance, Parking. We lived in the 5th entrance. The entrance is clean and well maintained.

The house I live in. Long-term construction. But what I like is spacious apartments and good neighbors. Again, I repeat, this is a long-term construction and, accordingly, the quality is not very good, the exterior is decorative plaster. Recently, a football field and a playground have just been installed. The yard has not been paved yet, we are waiting. You can't hear the neighbors, either the walls are thick or the neighbors are quiet. The apartment is angular but warm, but I think it's not the merit of the developer, but mine, since it was additionally insulated. The elevator is slow. Well, like everyone else, there is probably such a type of people in the house as pigs, they litter and do not clean up after themselves. And then we demand something else. The high-voltage line has been removed, it is already pleasing. Nearby there are a couple of schools, 2 universities and kindergartens, respectively. A public transport stop is 2 steps away. Good transport interchange. There are practically no traffic jams in this area, you can easily get to both the left and right banks.
