Good residential complex, fenced area. Convenient location, close to ADC and Toymart. Kindergarten and school (under construction). The yard is cozy. Cons: inconvenient exits from the territory: the southern two doors open only with a button, it is inconvenient for couriers to enter. If they come in, they come out from the south side.
