The organization is changing its work schedule from October 1, 2020 in such a way that it becomes difficult to receive services. Firstly, the RCC works only Monday- Thursday until 19-00, it turns out if a resident of the city works, for example, in a neighboring city to visit the RCC, you need to lose a day, i.e. lose time and part of your salary.
Secondly, there are NO changes on the company's website, but there is a piece of paper on the doors of the RCC, the most modern notification method is used.
Question: this organization provides services, then why does it become so difficult to get them, for example, to register?
Why do the RCC in Minsk work on Saturday and residents can solve all issues without problems?

They work terribly. Plastic is not exported. They put one basket, it's always with a mountain. Plastic is flying all over the street. And if they take it out every 3 months, then mountains of plastic remain after! There is no strength to fight!
