The tables were narrow and uncomfortable, the food was not fresh - it was prepared very much in advance, the staff was sluggish, and people were seated so closely that it was uncomfortable from start to finish. The music is too loud to talk, the dance floor is cramped. The room is stuffy.. I do not recommend this institution..

I wrote a self-restraint for 6 months under the influence of alcohol. The application is completely incorrect and does not meet any requirements. The next day, the casino restricted me to the premises. I took a copy of the application and contacted the casino, informed them and proved that the title was incorrect. The reception invited Irina, the senior cashier, they reviewed the statements and admitted their mistake, promised that they would resolve the issue within 2-3 business days and impose a restriction. As a result, 3 days after contacting the casino, nothing was done. When I applied again, I was reproached for the inhumanity of my act due to the fact that an employee who accepted my application could be fired for her mistake. Thank you for the good staff who really are there.
