An employee named Elena, in front of the visitors, talked to the whole hall about how she did not like that everyone came here and wanted polite service for low prices. The kitchen worker and her friend who came to have a snack were discussing very loudly how they got sick of cleaning up after everyone. The waitress who was serving tables was brought to tears by someone and she took the order with tear-stained eyes and sniffed her nose. And all this action in less than 15 minutes of my stay. By the way, I do not advise you to linger at the banquet here, the staff does not like it and there is a risk of staying overnight in the cafe because the staff will not wait until you finish your event. In general, the service here is not much worse.
