Not a bad hotel, for a small town. The room has a toilet and a shower cabin, a refrigerator and a TV with a lounge. I take off the star, for the unpleasant smell in the toilet, and for the not very neat shower stall (there is plaque, rust and a bit of mold).
A great hotel for a day or two.

A normal hotel!
There is a parking lot.
As normal as you can be in a small town. There are disadvantages and there are advantages, but since I have to stop at it more than once, I will not find fault too much.
The windows are draughty, with a mosquito net. But there is a caveat: the sun shines in the morning through the window on one side of the building, and after lunch it roasts on the other. So you have the opportunity to choose whether to fall asleep in the stuffiness or wake up at five in the morning)
The hotel has its own hot water, this is important. The carpet is relatively clean, you can't do without your slippers. The bathroom is clean. But nowhere without sneakers!
There is a buffet, although the assortment there is very peculiar: booze, drinks, snacks and sprats. I think they are selling exactly what the guests are asking for. However, there are a couple of grocery stores nearby.
At my personal request, I was immediately given an electric kettle and dishes. The batteries in the remotes were fresh!!!! But the pullets themselves had to be wiped with a napkin with a desalination solution. The TV is retro, but there are many channels and Wi-Fi.
Separately about the bed: its design is such that there are many secluded places where dust collects. For an allergic person, this is Koshcheev's death)
The hotel is suitable for an overnight stay on a business trip.

There is free wi-fi (if the room is on the ground floor). The room has a shower stall, but hot water is provided twice a day (morning and evening), and there is also a refrigerator in the room. There is no air conditioning. There is a buffet on the ground floor (breakfast is not included in the price). Cost: 800rubles per person for a double room or 1000rubles for a single room, which is cheap.

We arrived for a day. We were met by a very friendly receptionist (check-in 18.11) and settled into a beautiful apartment. The room is wonderful, large and comfortable. Rested, slept well, liked everything very much)

There is no air conditioning at +34-36... There is no cafe-dining room. The faucet is pouring water, it is almost impossible to turn it on. Pros: there is a luggage storage and parking. For a small town, the hotel is just great! Thank you for your hospitality.

The hotel is not bad for a small town. Not chic, but everything you need to eat, plasma TV, refrigerator, kettle. The linen is clean, the room is clean too. The bath certainly requires attention. The shower cabin is leaking terribly, the plumbing is suffering, but everything is not critical. The staff is kind and welcoming. There is a paid parking. The price is acceptable. In general, it's not bad.

I've been to this hotel twice:in November 2012 and August 2017.Almost nothing has changed.The junior suite is not bad, TV,refrigerator,good furniture, wardrobe.Shared bathroom, shower cabin.Clean, cozy.But the administration is boorish, with claims and, it seems, a little worried.There is an administrator there, Marina (was), so she almost openly asked for a room.The city is clean, well-maintained, the bus station is on the outskirts, and the railway station is on the other side of the city.Not enough greenery.Prices are within affordable limits.
