Good place to stay . If you want to stay for some months than for 4 seater room it is 120000 tenge + 30k tenge security deposit . For 2 seater bedroom it is 100000 tenge + 30k security deposit.

The hotel is good.The staff is polite and cultured.I especially want to mention the adminstrator Gulya.She is very cultured, polite and caring.Thanks to all the hotel staff, the hotel is quiet and clean.

A more terrible place has not been seen than this. There is dirt in the room, the bed linen leaves much to be desired, which is the most disgusting thing - cockroaches everywhere. We do not recommend staying there
